  1. Hey girl! I go thru the same thing, same symptoms and I have low blood pressure. You should check it out because you can faint while driving or doing anything. God bless you. My doctor's tells me that when I experience that I should eat something or eat something a little salty, like chips. That should get it back up. But definitely have it checked out. Good luck!   3. I get the same thing i call it vertigo but i have to make an appointment with the doctor to see what's going on sme of my coworkers say it could be my sinuses or an inner ear problem.

  6. Hi my fellow pisces! Fir the dizziness, i would say incorporate more beets into your diet. Beets are so good for your red blood cells. If the red blood cells are great, you will rarely feel out of order.

  8. Omg me too girl with the dizziness! It’s ridiculous. At the gym when I do the leg thing where your head is kinda laid down almost upside down and I get up I am so dizzy! I will bend down and get back up slowly and it is terrible! Also, one time a personal trainer told me that it is better to focus on one part of the body each day so that way the blood rushes to one place, making the workouts more effective. But do what you love! ❤️ fav YouTuber ☺️

  9. I had the same problem when I started to feel dizzy. I went to the doctor and it turn out to just be a sinus infection. If you are having a lot of post nasal drip then I would say it's a sinus infection. Hope this helps

  10. I have the same problem about getting dizzy! It makes me really nervous, so i think it's anxiety for me. It has really discouraged me from going to the gym, so I've been just working out at home and it seems to not happen as much. Hope you get it figured out! 💜

  11. I agree with you. It may be low blood sugar or pressure. And yes caffeine can do that to you!! Or even beginning stages of vertigo. I don’t think it would be anything too serious. Girl i fell off my healthy journey and gained a few lbs after losing 26! You are motivating me to get back on. Thanks!
